We had Richard out based on reviews from other people on google/community boards as we have just moved to a new area. Genuinely pleased we went with him, spotless throughout, polite and spent a lot of time making sure we are aware of what we need for our open fire and gave some great advice and a certificate before he left. I asked to take some photos throughout and he couldn't have been happier to agree, even getting me to take a photo before he cleared the mess from the breast, showing me what had come down and explaining the colour change was years of soot. Didn't have to wait long for the sweep as he arranged a suitable day within a week of contact, and came when he said he would. Thank you again, I can say we definitely won't be going elsewhere in the future as we have found our annual chimney sweep.

Richard has looked after my chimney since he came out to me on an emergency job. He sorted out the bird's nest then and ever since had made sure my wood burner and flu are in good condition. He knows his trade. Has helped me get best performance from my set up and is generally a pleasure to have in the house.

This is the first time I have used Richard and I shall use him from now on.He has a really good sense of humour ,he asked me if I found my multi fuel a bit too hot,It told him it was tropical in the. winter , he now calls me Carribbean Colin.

Had our woodburner swept today, Richard is very pleasant and his work is very good did smoke test to make sure it was all ok. Would recommend.
